Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

kip ("we", "us") is a UK business. This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you use haveakip.com, or join our founding list through our website or through an ad on Facebook or Instagram.

What we collect

Your email address, and your name if you join through a Facebook or Instagram form. That's it — we don't collect addresses or payment details on this site.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to tell you about the kip founding drop and, if you stay subscribed, occasional updates about kip. The lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — you gave us your details for exactly this purpose, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Who processes it

Details are stored and emails sent through Klaviyo, our email platform, under UK/EU-compliant data-processing terms. If you signed up through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta passes your details to us and their own privacy policy also applies to that step. We never sell your data and never share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll ask for consent first.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until we close the list. One-click unsubscribe in any email removes you from active sending; you can also ask us to erase your data entirely.
